Metastar Global announced today that it has signed an agreement with Shinhan Bank to use its integrated real estate information platform, METASTAR.
METASTAR is characterized by the ability to view and issue the five essential real estate documents - real estate register, building register, land register, land use plan, and cadastral map - at once by entering an address, and is designed to improve work efficiency through the notification function of changes in registration rights.
To view and issue real estate-related documents in the traditional way, it is necessary to access four sites including the Internet Registry, enter the same address each time, and print out the documents, which takes about 10 to 20 minutes, adding to the simple document collection work for banks, lawyers, appraisers, and real estate agencies that perform collective registration of ownership transfers. Metastar explained that the service not only improves work efficiency, but also reduces labor and ancillary costs for users who run businesses.
"The signing of the agreement with Shinhan Bank, one of the top four commercial banks in Korea, is significant," said a Metastar Global representative. "We will actively cooperate and support Metastar service users to continue to provide stability, convenience, and accuracy."
"We plan to steadily increase the utilization of the Metastar platform service by attracting the participation of various partners." "We are also in discussions with overseas governments to build a real estate computerization system through technology so that people around the world can check K-real estate, starting with Korea, and are strengthening our joint cooperation system to develop Metastar into a global service."
